Today in Good Ideas

You know what would be awesome? Having Larry Lessig in Congress. Apparently he's thinking of challenging a state senator with major establishment backing (Dianne Feinstein, Barbara Boxer, Gavin Newsom, Antonio Villaraigosa) for the late Tom Lantos' seat, representing Silicon Valley. It'd be an uphill fight, but he'd get online funds like you wouldn't believe. He'd get money for me, that's for damn sure. It'd be worth it just to see the RIAA and MPAA flip out.
